Shipping Policy: We do not ship any of our products outside of the continental US. This includes AK & HI. This also includes all P.O. Boxes, APO, & FPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our guidelines. Travel bars are the only exception and can be sent to Canada by UPS ground only. Deuster Company is not responsible for any Canadian duties or taxes due on delivery.  We only collect the transportation portion of the sale.  Taxes/Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

What Does "CVV2" on the payment page mean?
It stands for "Card Verification Value." The CVV for Visa & Mastercard is the last three digits of the number printed on the signature line on the back of the card. Amex has usually four digits.

Any merchandise that was shipped at a "Free Freight" option and then is returned is subject to a charge of the actual shipping cost.  This amount will be deducted from any monies owed to the customer.

All merchandise is subject to a 20% restock fee plus any shipping incurred on original order. 

Bar Stools: Bar stools are not returnable for any reason. If a part is found defective we will replace it at our expense.

Server Products-All server products merchandise are subject to a 25% re-stock charge.  This is in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Pizza Ovens: You may not return a pizza oven unless not used and in original box. If a oven becomes defective, please contact us and we'll make arrangements for repair.
